This is a port of my game of the same name from BYOND.com, the basics are in this version but still need to add a number of features, including local-co-op and possibly a vs mode, variation blocks and a little more.

I still need the game to recognise when you trapped yourself in so you can reset - I may also block resetting until you are in a game over scenario.

Update 29/11/2022:

I have included two new modes: Panic mode which is a speed version where new wall tiles appear every 5 seconds, and Pillar mode which is similar to Easy but with 4 wall tiles in the middle which stay for the remaining part of the game.

There is more text on screen to explain controls.

There is the first version of a "win condition" for every mode other than Panic.

There is an option to turn of walking sfx before gameplay starts, if it is too annoying. This can only be set at the beginning at the moment.

Update 26/11/2022:

Added a second game mode, following from the original version of the game, at 8 - 13 - 18 and 23 tail size you gain an extra block and hole, it speeds up progress initially but also makes it easier to get trapped. A second block and hole is pre-set when you start this mode as well, although the original these were randomised too.

Sounds and graphics have slightly improved, my bug was fixed (realised RNG wasn't an integer without some extra code!).

Controls:

Use arrow keys / d-pad to move snake head - push the blocks (blue) into the hole to score a point. For each point there is a segment of body that follows the head. Keep going as long as you can.

Press the O button / z key for reset, you can reset any time.

Press the X button / x key for change game mode for next reset.

When the game starts, X button / x key will turn walking sfx on or off (initiates as off) while O button / z key starts the game on Easy mode.

There is no time limit, you can process at your own time and decide how quickly you want to go.
