In 2 ball mode you get 1 point for each successful catch
Every 10 points the speed increases
Every 100 points the speed resets
Max display score is 9,999 but will continue to keep going after overflow
In 3 ball mode you get 10 points for each successful catch
Every 100 points the speed increases
Every 1,000 points the speed resets
Max display score is 9,990 but will continue to keep going after overflow
Things I need to do:
Need to do a instruction manual - I'm unsure whether to keep the Channel F format or do a Game and Watch one instead.
Decide on whether to reimplement the "show all ball positions" as a feature of startup and pressing 1. This is minor and not gameplay related
Moving feet - I have forgot to reset the position of feet, unlike the startup section, this would slightly impact gameplay as cycles would be dedicated to changing the feet graphics, it would be very minor but would delay (possibly deciseconds at most?) between arm movement and the next ball movement for a possible slight advantage for anyone doing this for highscores from the current version.

That is a pretty clever port. Planning on porting more LCD Handheld games and G&W games to the Channel F?
absolutely! While the channel F has a lot of limitations on the speed that graphics update on the screen, G&W games fit nicely into it.
E5frog has given me some ideas to improve this one so might work on that first, but definitely looking forward to making some more. After March I might have more time for this as I'm cutting down to 4-5 days work.
I think I know some of them you might like. Chef, Flag, Judge, Sonic 3 Tiger handheld or Tom and Jerry Popper by Gakken.
Chef I actually owned, so would love to do that, I had quite a few sega tiger electronics too, sonic, shinobi and after burner. If I can get the after burner type game to run on a Fairchild I'll be quite happy!
Thanks for the ideas, might try some of them!
You're welcome.
The main release is now available, with some potential minor changes if I feel like it (see above description).
Open to requests for other ports to do on the Fairchild channel F.
