Update to Game-no-Watch Ball

New update to the Fairchild Channel F port of "Ball" from the Game and Watch series.

e5frog has been kind enough to suggest some changes to the graphics, placement and colours, which I have mostly implemented now with this version. A black and white and colour version is available to download, as well as the original version.

I've added the leg graphic when moving left and right where the foot raises from the ground.
I've also adjusted some of the graphics to fit better with the original Game and Watch
I've also included the cracked ball and "Crush!" tot he screen when you lose a ball.
Colours have also been added - I just need to comment out a few lines with any new release and the rest of the code is now all the same.
